Overview

Trailer and towbar wiring causes more headaches than most people expect. Connectors corrode, earths fail, and modern vehicles need proper wiring kits that talk to the body control module rather than just splicing into the rear lights — which can cause warning lights and even damage on newer vehicles.

We install proper towbar wiring kits — including smart modules where required — and we repair trailer wiring, plugs and connectors so they actually work the first time you hook up the trailer. No more wiggling the plug in the rain trying to get the indicators to come on.

Our process

We use the correct OE wiring kit or smart module for your specific vehicle — modern cars often need a module to control trailer lights properly. Connections are sealed and routed cleanly, and we test every function (indicators, brake, tail, reverse, fog and 12V aux) before we leave. For brake controllers we calibrate the gain to your specific trailer.
