Warning light on? Intermittent fault? Strange behaviour? We use manufacturer-grade scan tools and decades of experience to identify the real cause — not just the symptom.
Modern vehicles are running computers — sometimes 50 or more of them. When something goes wrong, the warning light on your dash is rarely the full story. Codes can be misleading, sensors can fail in subtle ways, and the right fix often depends on reading live data while the fault is happening.
Our diagnostic process combines manufacturer-grade scan tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes and wiring diagrams with hands-on experience across petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles. We work the problem methodically — we don't just throw parts at it and hope.
We start with a full scan of every module in the vehicle and capture both stored and pending fault codes. Then we interpret those codes properly — checking live data, freeze-frame data, and the actual wiring and sensor behaviour. Only once we've confirmed the real cause do we quote the fix. You'll get a clear explanation of what's wrong and exactly what's needed to put it right.
Fault finding is what we do most. Anyone can read a code, but interpreting it correctly takes proper training, the right tools, and the experience to know when the code is lying. We've seen the trickiest electrical gremlins and we don't give up until the fault is properly identified.
